  1. Attitudes: Positive even in the toughest of times.

  2. Bravery: Fearless in the face of Covid-19.

  3. Christlike: Daily showing Jesus through your actions and example.

  4. Dedication: Steady even when the world is not.

  5. Efficiency: Being task- and people-oriented at the same time!

  6. Flexibility: Adapting every day in every way.

  7. Generosity: Giving of yourself and your own limited resources.

  8. Humility: Consistently giving all the glory to God.

  9. Inclusivity: Tailoring learning so it's accessible to everyone.

  10. Jesus-Centeredness: Weaving Him into every subject in every way.

  11. Kindness: Tender-heartedness toward all students (even the difficult ones).

  12. Loyalty: To your denomination, Conference, school, and fellow-staff members.

  13. Multi-Tasking Abilities: Juggling a dozen things all at once and doing it with a smile!

  14. Never-Ceasing: Energies, creativity, and work-ethic

  15. Open-Mindedness: About what is needed for a student to be successful.

  16. Patience: With online Zoomers and helicopter parents.

  17. Resourcefulness: With on-the-spot lesson planning and TPT supplementary acquisitions:)

  18. Spirituality: As the #1 purpose of your ministry.

  19. Trustworthiness: Shown when students confide in you.

  20. Understanding: Through extended deadlines and test re-dos.

  21. Visibility: On the playground, at constituency meetings, and church services (even when you wish to sleep in!).

  22. Willingness: To always go the extra mile.

  23. Xceptionality: Always seeking professional development opportunities to better yourself as a Master Teacher.

  24. Yearning: For the Second Coming and equipping students to be there, too!

  25. Zealousness: For Adventist Education

For all you do and who you are, I sincerely thank you this Thanksgiving holiday.
